The Brief
Create an identity for Tamar Energy Community, who provide renewable energy for the local and surrounding areas. The design must be representative of the brands core attributes and should be applied to at least a website and stationery.
Solution
The design came from the idea that sustainable energy is renewable and is continuous, most would instantly think of a circle, however I thought of other shapes that never end, like a spirograph. The colours I chose to use represent are associated with the 5 types of renewable energy - solar, wind, hydroelectric, biomass, and geothermal power. The use of colour allows for the brand to be recognisable and keeping the design simple would allow for it to be understood by variety of audiences.
